Extended Health

Hope is a member of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and sessions are covered by various extended employee benefits programs. In some cases, clients may have partial coverage through programs such as Victim Assistance, WorkSafe BC, ICBC, or other related programs. However, in most cases, clients are billed directly and must submit the official receipt to their insurance provider for reimbursement.

For insurance processing purposes, Hope’s BCACC registration # is 19521.

Payments

Services must be paid in full at each appointment. You can use e-transfer, credit card, square or cash for payment. Upon receipt of payment, a printed receipt will be provided stating the BCACC registration number, which can then be used to claim a portion back through your extended health insurance provider.
